I can ask you exactly those questions that help you get a bit further. By exploring your competences and perhaps weaknesses, we make a plan to get you where you want to be.
Your goal can be anything: from more relaxation to deeper questions like ‘what do I really want’. After a first, free, meeting via telephone to explore what you and I expect from each other, you can choose how many sessions you want!
Coachingsession per hour: €75,-.

Do you notice that you are often on automatic pilot? Do you want to cope with stress, worry less and have a better relationship with yourself?
Choose a private mindfulness course if you want that extra bit of personal attention. Do you like to share your experiences with others, you can choose for a mindfulness course in group sessions. Both options have their own benefits, you choose!
Mindfulness and provoking of a positive spiral
Together with my collegue of Yellow Sound we offer a 4 week workshop to let you get in touch with the positive effects of mindfulness and positive emotions. By interactive exersises you learn how to be more positive, resilient and relaxed. The workshop consists primarily out of exercises you can integrate into your life, so that you experience long term results. The workshop will be given in English.
